- Informational Purpose: The tool matches a user-inputted address to a New Jersey Legislative District for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of legislative maps, which are subject to redistricting and change.
2. SMS and Mobile Messaging Agreement
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
By providing your mobile phone number to us, you give your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from www.savedanielslaw.org, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
- Consent Not Required for Purchase: Because this service is free, agreement to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
